E-link; a software company started its operation 10 years ago. They basically doing
business in web based software systems. Over the period of time company has
developed a very sophisticated system of quality control. They not only form different
layers to evaluate newly developed software but also dedicate teams for this purpose.
The team has developed a review system known as Beta Evaluation Technique (BET).
By using this system, first version reviewed and then sends to the client. This process
repeat until the client becomes 100 percent satisfied with quality of the software.
This cyclic process is highly integrated with the task assigned to each developer,
operation details are clearly communicated to the entire team member and time
management to achieve the target within the time frame.

You have learned about the ‘Performance Maturity Levels’. What do you think that
which level of maturity has been achieved by E-link. Also mention the reasons along
with the level of your choice.
