In this assignment, “Instructors” and “Student” are taken as members of Instructor-Student group and due to this reason Johari model is applicable as interpersonal and group process. In this assignment, assessment of interaction between these two groups is required to enhance e-learning. The model for this group can be visualized as shown attached document. By this model one can see movement from one cell to another as communication and trust varies when participants enhance/restrict disclosure and send/avoid feedback. The size/shape of the cells may expand or contract.
